How Does That Work Then?

HM Inland Revenue have "improved" their services and upped their security.  What that means is that when we need to log on on-line, we have to enter a unique pass code every time we wish to gain access.

Typically, this involves a mobile phone as the pass code is texted out to you.  The problem is that we have been non-resident in the UK and do not possess a UK mobile phone.

I wonder how they intend us expats to contact them or send in our income tax returns?

I will be writing to them shortly to see what they suggest and will keep you posted...
